The primary reason anyone becomes involved with dog breeding and showing is a fundamental love of dogs. We treasure the companionship, the never failing loyalty, the delight they exude. We love to have them on our beds. Their eagerness to face the new day, even when we wake them up at dreadful hours, provides us a wonderment that brings back the exuberance of childhood. - 7 Foundations of A Successful Dog Breeder

We are not breeding just to offer "pets for sale" or "Beautiful Show Dogs" we breed to preserve the natural characteristics of the breed. By breeding to the UKC standard and for good health, we have seen our puppies move on to be great pets, great farm dogs and we've even had some nice show dogs out there. It is our pleasure to share our dogs with you & hope you will take time to see our photos and if you're interested in talking "Rat Terriers" we would love to hear from you.

Please Note: All photos of our dogs are our sole property. If you would like to use one of our photos, that is okay, but please give credit to: Warren Mountain Rat Terriers and link to our site http://www.wmratz.com - Anybody found borrowing our photos and NOT giving credit, will be posted on the wall of shame.

How To Apply For One of Our Puppies

The following questions are being asked of you so that the right puppy and the right placement of each puppy is made by bringing the various requirements of both the puppy and his or new owner(s) into perspective, BEFORE a choice is made. I hope you will agree that the animal's welfare must be my foremost concern in considering a placement. Please answer the following questions as completely as you can, and return this form when you've finished.
